I love this dentist office and highly recommend their services! They are efficient and it shows how much they care about the dental health of their patients. Every single appointment, I am greeted with friendliness from the staff and I always feel comfortable, regardless of the language barrier. I try my best to use the Spanish I know, but they are always willing to switch to English with me and it's very much appreciated. Dr. Pons Roig is a fantastic dentist, I trust his experience with my teeth and appreciate his taste in music - he excels in providing a calm ambiance in the exam room. Muchísimas gracias!

Today I went to the emergency clinic for incredible tooth pain and the experience was spectacular. At all times the staff has treated me with great affection and empathy. Luckily, the specialist who had to handle my case was there and they were able to do everything for me today. It is appreciated because the pain I had was unbearable and they have done everything possible to alleviate the pain as soon as possible, solve my problem and above all, ALL the staff have been attentive to me. Without a doubt, it is a place that I recommend and that I plan to continue going to whenever I need it. Thank you very much for everything.🤗

My experience is to ask for a second opinion. More than a year ago I went for a general cleaning and check, they cleaned me and told me that everything is perfect. OK, but my gums were bleeding a lot, and they told me it was because maybe I was biting myself a lot and that I needed a splint. I doubted that this alone would solve the bleeding, so I left it and found out on the Internet that it could be due to other causes. So I went back the second year for a general consultation and they did a cleaning to stop my gums from bleeding, so there they already did another type of cleaning between my teeth and gums. and in the x-ray they detected that I needed a filling in a tooth that had cavities that was lowering the decay to the nerve, so I had the filling done and they told me that the nerve bled and that there is a risk of killing the nerve of the tooth if not the pain passes. So I asked you this, since when did this cavity originate? What if it didn't appear a year ago? They looked at the x-ray and saw that it was beginning, the black line was barely noticeable, but it was noticeable. So why did they tell me everything was fine? that there were no cavities or tartar? that I only needed a splint? Now as a result of my young age, having medical insurance with dental, attending frequent check-ups, I am at risk of losing a tooth (killing the nerve). And then a week later I went, general consultation, 2nd opinion to another clinic, and THEY DETECTED a new cavity that was starting and appeared on the x-ray!! And how is it possible that they didn't detect it in this Clot clinic! From now on 6 months to the next checkup I would have to have another tooth at the risk of killing the nerve due to cavities!!! I definitely should have reported them for negligence! And I will never go back.
